| In
1986, she took first place in the General Category and the Overall General
at the Professional Photographers of the Ozarks. The highlight of her
awards was in 1991 when she won the prestigious Professional Photographers
of Oklahoma’s first place Overall General Division, President’s Plaque
for Total Points on Prints, and first place in the Children’s division.
That image was featured on the cover of the Professional Photographers
of Oklahoma magazine in 1991. In 1997, she was a guest on Kelly Kemp’s
television program “Made in Arkansas”, showcasing her work. Celia’s studio is complete with its own little garden and a variety of session areas for children or large groups. A small covered gazebo, redwood window, old moss covered rocks, old barn wood, little white gates, flower areas, ivy covered ground, benches and more are all part of her environmental garden studio. Celia’s distinctive style is recognized in every portrait she creates. A NOTE FROM CELIA K. LOGAN My photography began when I was a baby. Well, at least my exposure to photography. I was blessed to have camera creatures on both sides of my family. I have been handed down black and white and tin type photographs as far back as my great grandparents and many black and white from both sides. I have a great respect for preserved memories. Having suffered the loss of my brother at an early age, in a a horse riding accident and in 1979 the unexpected death of my husband. I am so grateful to have those pictures and could never imagine not having those memories to reflect upon. I owe a big thanks to my family for their love of pictures. They never knew they were creating heirlooms. AWARDS AND RECOGNITION Would you like to know about our Photography?
